Arthur “Art” Benjamin Fuller, Sr., better known as Duck Man, 68, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away, Saturday, July 26, 2025, at his home in Horseshoe Bend.
He was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, on November 19, 1956, son of the late Robert Lee Fuller, Sr. and Alberta Bernice (Rose) Fuller. Art was united in marriage to Carol Pew on February 17, 2001, in St. Louis, Missouri. During his working years, he worked in HVAC. Art enjoyed traveling and sport shooting. He was a 38-year Golden Eagle member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. Art was a people person and never met a stranger.
Art is survived by his wife, Carol Fuller of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, sons, Arthur Fuller, Jr. of Litchfield, Illinois and James Fuller (Stephanie) of Van Wert, Ohio, daughter, Stephanie Dray of Van Wert, Ohio; brothers, Scott Fuller of Alton, Illinois and Allan “Lee” Fuller (Dawn) of Beecher, Illinois; sisters, Joy Taylor (Fred) of Manteno, Illinois, Sheila Fogerty (James) of Bedford Park, Illinois and Gayle Fuller Blair of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Michelle Fuller, brother, Robert Lee Fuller, Jr. and sister, Beverlee Fuller.
