Billye Jean Mescher

Billye Jean Mescher, 83, of Horseshoe Bend, AR, passed away, Thursday, December 11th, at Crown Point Nursing and Rehab. She was born in East Saint Louis, Illinois on January 20, 1931, a daughter of the late Alta (Baldridge) and William Tolar. Billye was united in marriage to Edward Mescher on June 1, 1968 in Belleville, Illinois. She spent her working years in the telephone business with AT&T. Billye attended church at Cherokee Village Methodist Church. Billye is survived by one son, Dwayne Hayden and one grandson Jon Buneta. She is proceeded in death by her parents, husband, and two children, Dianne Buser and Darrell Hayden. Arrangements entrusted to Doty Family Funeral and Memorial Servcie of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas.
