Brenda Ann Kipper

Brenda Ann Kipper, 65, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, September 13th, 2016 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born in Rockford, Illinois on February 16, 1951, a daughter of the late Frances Eileen (Nelson) and Paul  Cullen. Brenda spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, niece, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. During her working years she was a factory worker and of the Christian faith. Among her many hobbies she loved her garden, planting flowers, pulling weeds and going to yard sales and picking up furniture to refinish. Brenda was united in marriage to Gerald L. Kipper on July 26, 1986 in Rockford, Illinois. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Kipper of the home; daughter, Sherrie Jones and friend Paul Loeffelholtz of Ridgeway, Wisconsin; son, Shane Nicely and wife Melinda of Cuba City, Wisconsin; step sons, Dale Kipper of Dodgeville, Wisconsin and Mark Kipper of Lancaster, Wisconsin; brother, Steven Cullen of Globe, Arizona; aunt, Sharon Robinson of Rockford, Illinois; five grandchildren, Michael and Addison Nicely and Andrew, Tyler and Hannah Jones and step grandson, Brayden Kipper. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 17, 2016 beginning at 1:00 PM with funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM at Doty Family Funeral and Memorial Service Chapel in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. Services in Lancaster, Wisconsin will be at a later date with burial in Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster, Wisconsin.
