Lyle Wayne Sanders

Lyle Wayne Sanders, 70, of Franklin, Arkansas, passed from this walk of life on Friday, April 7, 2023, in Rogers, Arkansas.

He was born in West Plains, Missouri, on March 27, 1953, son of Carmon and Vonda (Sears) Sanders. Lyle was united in marriage to Judy Darlene Bailey on December 22, 1973, in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, and from this union two children were born. During his working years, Lyle worked as a brick mason. Lyle was of the Christian faith. He was a board member for the Roberts Cemetery in Franklin, Arkansas. Lyle loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He loved the land and referred to it as God’s Country. Lyle enjoyed being on his ranch, Bar S Ranch and cattle farming.

Lyle is survived by his wife, Judy Sanders of Franklin, Arkansas; son, Nathan Sanders and wife Courtney of Franklin, Arkansas; daughter, Alissa Foyt and husband Doug of Wiseman, Arkansas; father, Carmon Sanders of Bexar, Arkansas; sister, Sue Bicker and husband Jim of Bexar, Arkansas; grandchildren, Lilly Sanders, Dayka Lock, Xander Lock, Izzy Foyt and Fisher Foyt and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Vonda Sanders and father-in-law, Vernie Bailey.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at Doty Family Funeral & Memorial Service Chapel in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, beginning at 2:00 PM with Bro. Bobby Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Roberts Cemetery in Franklin, Arkansas. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12:30 PM.

Pallbearers include: Shane Gleghorn, Tommy Billingsley, Brian Wiseman, Robert (Tank) Tankersley, Jeff Pruitt and Ben Carrell

Honorary Pallbearers include: Jim Bicker, Lonnie Bailey, Frank Herron, Jeremy Bicker, Jed Bicker and Dustin Bailey
