Randy Eugene Roach

Randy Eugene Roach, 58, of Oxford, Arkansas, passed away Monday, September 7th, at his residence. He was born in Lepanto, Arkansas on January 24, 1957, a son of the late Opal Mae (Carter) and RV Roach. Randy spent his life as a son and brother. He is survived by his two sisters, Joyce Roach of Florence, Arizona and Shirley Carpenter of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas; three brothers, James Roach of Portia, Arkansas, Ricky Roach of Springfield, Illinois and Anthony Roach of Viola, Arkansas. Randy was preceded in death by his parents, RV and Opal Roach and one brother, Jerry Roach. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements entrusted to Doty Family Funeral and Memorial Service.
