Roger D Wallis

Roger D. Wallis, 72, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away, Sunday, December 5, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

He was born in Sacramento, California on May 31, 1949, son of the late Cletis and Pearlie Bernice (White) Wallis. Roger spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and friend. Roger served our country in the United States Navy for six years. He was united in marriage to the late Janita Eubanks in Yellville, Arkansas on October 18, 1992.

Roger is survived by his daughters, Michele Wallis of Athens, Texas and Kakie Cade (Jeff) of Athens, Texas; son, Al Prentice (Jessica) of Searcy, Arkansas; sister, Sharon Kay Ellis of Murphy, Texas; grandchildren, Michael, Andrew, Braedyn, Logan, Elizabeth, Taylor, Hayley and Riley and great grandson, Miles.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janita Wallis; parents and other relatives.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
