Sandra Kay Bencsik

Sandra Kay Bencsik, 76, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away, Monday, August 25th, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas. She was born in Peoria, Illinois on May 27, 1938, a daughter of the late Caroline (Rein) and William Frederick Reichel. Sandra spent her working years as a nurse and owned her own company. She was united in marriage to John B Bencsik on October 4, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois. Sandra attended Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. She is survived by her husband, John B Bencsik of the home; one son, Jeff Bencsik and wife Carrie; one daughter, Sue Roberts and husband Tyrone; and six grandchildren, Sara, Tyler, Michael, Shannon, Abby and Danny. Sandra is proceeded in death by her parents and one granddaughter, Rachel. Services are Saturday, September 13, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM at the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 508 Profession Drive, Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas 72512.
