Vernell L Sobczak

Vernell L. Sobczak, 91, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, passed away, Sunday, December 10, 2023, in Kenosha.

She was born on November 26, 1932, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the late Norman and Emily (Beatrich) Paulson. Vernell was united in marriage to Roman Sobczak on January 3, 1950, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was of the Lutheran faith. Vernell was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.  

Vernell is survived by her children, Roman (Marcia) Sobczak of Friendship, Wisconsin; Kathy (Ted) Lazaris of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Joanne Scott of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Peggy (John) Clark of Salem, Wisconsin and Michelle Sobczak of Anchorage, Alaska; sister, Bonnie Garbaree of South Beloit, Illinois; 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roman Sobczak; sons, Kenneth Sobczak and Michael Sobczak; parents, Norman and Emily Paulson; sister, Donna McKay and brothers, Norman Paulson and Dwight Paulson.
